X-Box Presales

172
So a few more places have started opening up their pre-orders for the Microsoft X-Box console system bundles. It's been a pretty long and wacky road leading up to this thing and we havent seen the end of it either. But here's an interesting sign along the way. Toys R Us opened up their online pre-order system (Partnered with Amazon) and announced that they sold out their entire inventory in under 30 minutes. (Thanks Gamasutra). They were actually selling a $500 bundle pack with three games. It's gonna be fun having the X-Box and Gamecube come out so close together. Oh check out this guys "review" of the machine before he's even gotten it:

There is no question that this will be THE gaming system. You can read all that's been said, fact is it's the only system with HDTV support, and that's enough for me. I just wish they didn't come bundled in the pre-order, I'd like to choose my own games, thank you. I'm a Mac user, and a Nintendo gamer my whole life. Microsoft has finally gotten a peice of me, wouldn't bet on the cube... go Xbox, it's got it all.

If anyone else has any info on XBox presales let me know and I'll mention it here.
