GBA Duke Screenshots

Over at the Dutch GBANet site are the first few screenshots from a Game Boy Advance port of Duke Nukem. Supposedly called Duke Nukem: Retribution, although a title screen says "Duke Nukem Forever And A Day". Don't remember this game ever being announced. Thanks Carnivac_. Here is the translation of part of the Dutch text

We were very surprised to receive an email from ContactData today with the info that Take2 is working on Duke Nukem 3D. The game will be called Duke Nukem: Retribution and will have the same features as the original PC version. There have been no announcements regarding multiplayer but we are betting that it is in there.

The GBANet news item also mentions that the game should be out by October.

Ok, someone, please dispell my inane notions of what portable video game graphics are supposed to look like. Are those graphics good? or are they sub par for the GBA. In my humble estimation, they look like ASS

Yes, they do look like ass. We never approved this, it's not out in October and we're not happy with what you see there either. Trust me. Someone at Take 2 fucked up (as usual) and let stuff leak out that's not even remotely, by any stretch of the imagination, ready for public consumption.

this will not be as good as doom for gba simply because of the controls. It will either have a ludicrous scheme, or will have to cut out a lot of its usable items in favor of simplifying the controls

Screenshots? Yeah, on a real screen it could look like that. On the GBA's screen it looks like a lcd watch with low batteries. I don't like squinting at small, faintly colored shapes. GBA? No thank you.
