HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAAAA!!!!
With all respects, Romero's only failing was being arrogant. Statements like "I'm going to make you all my bitch with this game" just set him up to fail. Word of advice Mr. Romero, next time you make a game, start a game company, whatever, keep you dick in your pants. People don't like (most of us anyhow) getting slapped with it.

You get bonus points for posting that utterly deadpan :P.
I hope Romero is able to get past this and show us the level design that he has exhibited in the past along with the what he has learned about managing a project.
Some of the best project managers I've seen in the business have been part of a fiasco, then learned from their mistakes and the mistakes of those around them.
