I've pretty much played through the whole free episode and suffice to say, I'm totally hooked. Its been a while since I've stayed up until 3-4am on a worknight to play a game, but this one has me doing it all over again...

Arg I did half the subscription before finding out I needed a CC number! But I don't know if I could possibly play this game anyway, I work different shifts every night and I often sleep for 10-12 hours in a row... I don't want a stupid game to wake me up when I come off work! + I'm not the one who usually picks up the phone and my sisters don't understand english...

Ok I've been playing about 1 1/2 hours and this game is fucking w/ my head.

There was a game similar to this that just ended today (coincidence) that was based around the movie A.I. (actually 40 years after it) where you were solving the murder of a man and the conspiracy surrounding it... 65 years before he's actually born.

Where I thought it would be boring as well it ended up being VERY engrossing, and very cool. I'm sur a lot of it had to do with the production values and such, but it was spread across various websites, voice mail numbers, emails, a few faxes, and even calls t you on cell phones if you chose to give that information to them. An added bonus was some real-but-staged events (an actual political rally in New York, Chicago and LA; a Q&A about the movie continually brought the Beast --as the gae was called -- in to the mix of questions through planted questioners; that sort of thing). It really ended up being a blast to wrap your brain around. (Some of the emails they've sent out as teasers/dev diaies have had hidden text and puzzles within them already that pointed people to voicemail numbers. Very cool, but bad voice acting so far.)

Of course, it's all about reading, comprehending, and puzzle-solving. Lots of thinking. If you're only into games for the shooter aspect of it, you're gonna be bored. Hopefully this will end up being a good experience as well. I hope to find out later today.

I think the game crashed, some dude IMd me from majestic, but i think he was real cuz he got pissed when i kept talkin to him hehe. Or is it part of the game? If the gmae involves simulated server crashes that i have to wait a day to keep playing, it can kiss my ass.

This game seems to be a breath of fresh air. I said screw it and gave them the info they needed.

Why would I play a computer game where I have a realistic life and use the phone and IM. I can do that without this game.

the stupid help videos are played with lame real player and the damn things keep skipping and im on cable this is rediculous. why didnt those idiots use ms asx/asf ms might suck but there streaming stuff is a lot better than stupid real networks

I'm on the beta for this one, and it's entertaining, although I'm not sure I'd pay $10 a month for it.

Pay $10 a banging month for thrusting gangbangs! as a pecking few people have said. EA hasmade the browning "pilot chapter" of the dripping game free online (Smoochs "Fat Ass" Jack &Sex fights) for everyone to play. Thing is you gotta sign up (free) for EA.com. Just a heads up for those thinking they're going to be getting endless unwanted phone calls from the game. In the beta there was an option upon install where it asked you if you even wanted to be contacted by phone. If you selected yes, you could then choose during what times you would like to be contacted. Nice feature if you want to see what the phone calls are like, but don't want to be bothered during south park or something. Oh and you can turn the phone call option off later if you find it annoying...

It's so tempting to sign up a friend of mine in military security. He's paranoid enough already - I can only imagine how he'd react if he got a threatening phone call at 2 AM.
