Win CE Source

Saw on /. that Microsoft has released the source code of one of their programs, as they said they would. They like to call it 'Shared Source' instead of 'Open Source'. You can grab the Windows CE 3.0 source.

unfortunately Win CE will soon be relicware as MS are going to release a version of XP to replace CE, meaning that CE will become defunct as they try to have a common kernel accross all XP platforms.
