Not only did the game get old after MAYBE 3 weeks of play now it's been out for months and they STILL haven't gotten this goddamn patch out?

Black & White has slowly become the "Sierra Outpost commitment to quality" award winner for this decade. Here is my experence with Black & White

0-10 hours - My god, this is the coolest f'ing game I've played in years
11-14 hours - Stupid god damn cat keeps pooping on kids, tossing villagers out into the ocean and watering rocks. Thats it, I'm tying him up so he will not get in the way.
15-20 hours - Gee, the cool stuff has stop coming along. Oh well, maybe things will kick up a notice towards the end of the second act.
21-25 hours - Can this game take any longer to save. Whats this? It crashes during saves random.. argghhhh. This game has become painful and a chore to play...
26-30 hours - Ok, my cat is huge, he's actually becoming useful again, lets takes this quest.. Oh nooooo.. he's tiny again... and he's stuck that size... I'm stuck...
31 hours - for month. Waiting for the damn patch.
Patch comes out, oh it doesn't work. fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck .....

Has any one here tried the beta patch for B&W?

I sold my B&W back to EB as used awhile ago, got a few bucks for it. Better than it sitting and collecting dust.

I wish I could get my money back on this game.
