Intel is keeping the pressure on AMD, and has released two new Pentium 4 processors. They run at 1.6 ($294) and 1.8Ghz ($562). Intel also says a 2Ghz P4 will come later this quarter.

people just dont get it yes intel sucks with current instructions but they are good with future "better" instructions, For instance they are looking ahead into the future. But if they back down and go back with older instructions then they are not keeping with their plan for a change

I wonder if AMD will ever catch up.

Anyway, I'll stick with my P3-1Ghz for a while because my johnson is big enough, fat enough, and dog-gone it, chicks dig it it works pretty good.

210 GHz current max in lab.

Like I give a shit Intel figured out a way to wring 200 MHz out of their crappy architecture. :)
I only notice orders of magnitude anymore.

I may need to update my case(see previous post). Of course, it is also a good idea to change the mother board, CPU, and memory in that particular case. However I dislike changing stuff for no reason but changing.

Is there any really good games coming up?
Based on these games, which OS and motherboard do you recommend me to get?
