New SOF Patch Soon

Activision sent word that a new Soldier of Fortune patch will be released soon. This patch will replace the WON code for Gamespy multiplayer code, because as of August 10 WON/Flipside will stop hosting SOF. There will also be other multiplayer server fixes in the patch.

As long as I don't have to sign up for anything GameSpy (excluding the initial CD-Key thing when you first start SoF multiplayer), I'll be fine. I don't want anyone profiting from my info; my e-mail is spam-free (sometimes, it feels like it doesn't work, but it does), and I intend to keep it that way.

The patch will be released prior to that date (going through QA now) and I will also release the game source code at that point as well.
