Stonedonkey sent us word of this Wired story which is an article about a Dutch-Israeli startup which has developed a system (the site is at Zoogi.com) that allows Internet players to place bets on their Quake and Half-Life matches, along with other games like backgammon. "If players are going to go through the effort of hacking a program just for the thrill of chalking up a few more frags, imagine how many people will cheat when there is money involved?"
