Rambus Commits Fraud

Well hasnt this been a fun turnaround. Over the past few months Rambus known for their RDRAM which Intel is contracted to use along side their P4 chips that is admittedly not the best price/performance ratio. Rambus has been bullying other RAM makers and forcing Hitachi etc. to sign agreements to pay Rambus royalties on patents Rambus holds. Oh how things do change though.

A jury in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia ruled Wednesday that Rambus committed fraud [snip]
