Is this the tweak guide that tells you how to stop the annoying LOD lag when you move fast and the detail textures struggle to catch up a few seconds later??

Or is that a different tweak guide??

LOL. The ONE thing I didn't understand in the graphics settings was water tiling (no I'm not experimenting to find out when the game takes 5 minutes to load). The ONE thing this article completely ignored is water tiling. Uncanny...
