These tips show you how to remove the shared documents folder from My Computer, edit or remove the Comments link in windows title bars and also show how to rip high quality mp3s in the new Windows Media Player. Well just use exact audio copy and use lame with high quality settings, i think i'd prefer a 3'rd party tool designed for it rather than MS's implimentation (god i'll never become an MCSE if i dont learn to "think the MS way")

FAT32 is actually faster, NTFS is just better when it comes to security that and your HDD doesn't get fragmented so much.
