NVidia Talks
by Steve Gibson, Feb 12, 2001 4:25am PSTSharkyExtreme has a pretty good interview with the folks at NVidia with a bunch of reader submitted questions. NVidia answers one question that they seem to get hit up on a lot about right here. That whole SLI thing that 3dfx made famous and stuff...
lmpulse asks: How soon will nvidia start to incorporate 3dfx technology into their products? i.e. Hidden Surface Removal, SLI and Motion blur. NVIDIA: Design cycles are quite lengthy and we have not yet decided how we will incorporate specific 3dfx technologies into our product line. Having said that, it would be at least a year before you would see any specific 3dfx technologies incorporated into NVIDIA's products.
