Now this is just wacky, Vik Long of WildTangent (The Alex St.John gig where Paul Steed is also at now) has just announced a partnership with Superstation TBS (The TV station) which is well... wacky. Check it:

WildTangent and the TBS Superstation have joined forces to present War Games, the first ever action combat war game played solely on the Internet. The game will support an action-packed special series pilot of the same  name, set to premier March 28th. Players will command a squadron of realistic Armed Forces vehicles from the M2 Bradley Fighting Vehicle to the Apache Helicopter. They will lead six different missions including attacking entrenched enemy forces, capturing a Chemical Weapons Research Facility and defending a strategic airfield. War Games will be publicly released on March 14th. During the show premier, viewers will get secret "Dog Tags" to play the last two tournament missions of the game and a chance to qualify for the War Games online tournament. Winners will receive valuable prizes.
Think we'll see more stuff like this in the future? Seems like an odd couple right now but maybe thats just me...
