A bit more web carnage going on lately. Firstly according to Gamers Depot they have gotten word that Gamecenter will be shutting down. (They dropped their alliance just recently) In addition, Through The Looking Glass is also close to shutting down. Here is the bit on Gamecenter:

We've got word that C|Net will be shutting down Gamecenter and going with Gamespot as their primary focus. Based on the way the current dot com market is going this news really comes as no surprise

update: Gamecenter has made it official, they are closing.

I personally never goto any of these other sites. Really, they all seem to have the same news. Might as well combine them all into one big site.

TTLG is a good site, and it seems like their host wants to screw them. Really, there are a few places that would probably give them a good deal, but they are on IIS.

Its a waste of resources to have two sites that do the same thing. All's your doing is spreading potential audience over two properties and making your sales staff work twice as hard competing against themselves.
