It seems like the latest Q3/TA 1.27 patch has totally fucked up the game... it doesn't connect half the time or hangs and it's not my GF2-GTS because everything else including UT works fine. And I've reinstalled the bitch enough times.

id should consider out-sourcing their QA because they obviously can't handle it. And until they have a final patch they should also be making their patches backward compatible.

  id's QA is no better or worse than 90% of the other development shops out there. Epic, Valve, Blizzard... : johnny rotten

    - Not releasing patches that are needed doesnt count though. You want the patch for AoK you have to buy ... : johnny rotten

Now you know why the PC will start to wilt as a gaming platform and the consoles will be the main release points. Having to program for so many variables (ie: processor, megs of ram, graphic boards,etc)... With a console you program to the constraints of the box... That eliminates 99% of patching. Sucks, don't it...
