Hey the PC market finally salvaged one! According to a post on the Planetside boards (Thanks Apache @ VE) Planetside, a massive multiplayer FPS game will actually be sticking with the PC market and not getting 'dumbed down' for console machines.

There are no plans for a PlayStation 2 version of PlanetSide or any other console. Although the minimum system specifications are still being determined, the PS-2 simply wouldn't be able to handle PlanetSide technically. PlanetSide's game design and technical design are entirely PC-oriented, and the PS-2 has a very different architecture. In summary, at this point in time, PlanetSide is PC-only, and very likely to stay that way.

Those console machines just scare me.

okay i suck :P

black and white, is suprisingly refreshing, its not actually that much like populas.

but at least fewer sequels and games with no oroginal quality (ie, something that isnt in any other game) are becomming more and more extinct ;)
