As they've done for Soldier of Fortune, Creative is now releaseing EAX enhancements for Unreal Tournament to make the audio experience better on the Sound Blaster cards. The first download is for the Deathmatch levels only, after that will come CTF, Assault and the Domination levels will be last.

This is good. UT is probably the best value I've gotten out of a game in years.

Time to give this a spin. So far, it looks like it slows things down a bit, and I'm not getting much love for my 4 speakers (lots of crackling, like in all the other *(&@#$ EAX games).

UT roxors! UT ffa is fun too. The maps aren't cramped like any Q3 map with 10 ppl.

I wonder if these will work on servers using CSHP hack protection. If not, I guess I'll find out.

I wish they provided uninstall instructions in case of this.
