Updated Xbox Specs

The MSXBox guys have noted that the Xbox official site has been updated with some updated specs of the console. Sadly, these are numbers that went down. Such as the maximum polygon performance which is now 125 million p/s instead of 150, and the speed of the DVD drive is uncertain now too. What is certain is that there will be an expansion to support DVD playback, as this won't be standard.

not making DVD playback standard is idiotic. They dont really think every household will have a regular DVD player by then do they? It's another reason for people to buy it , same as for the PSX2 and DVD players arent really that much more expensive than a cd player to manufacture.

wait i cant play DVD's on the xbox now? man thats 1/2 the reason i wanted to buy one. i saw an xbox pole the other day infact that asked if people would use their own DVD player or the xbox one and it was like 90% saying they wanted to just use the xbox one
