  • The extended points of the EULA really scare me. I can totally understand and condone the "don't reverse engineer our software you bitch!" parts, but when a company starts forcing you to agree to allow them to scan your HDD, or give up your first-born child as a condition to using the software, that's insane!

    And come on, if a known problem in the software causes a loss of $2 million, then the software company should be responsible. Hell, even if it's an unknown problem! Not allowing something like that is akin to Boeing saying "We're not responsible for your grandmother if our plane blows up and kills her because of a faulty part. She agreed to the risks before she got on the plane."
