AnandTech has a review of the GeForce2 Pro, which is faster than the original GTS but not as fast (and expensive) as the Ultra. It was originally intended to be an OEM-only solution however Hercules/Guillemot made a retail card.

I bet you could buy some ramsinks, an active chip cooler, and overclock a GTS to this speed... for cheaper too.

It really isn't THAT much considering it is a 64 MB card with fast ass RAM on it. I think the Radeon 64 MB was right at $330 when it came out too. I have a 32 MB GTS already though, and I am holding out for either NV20 or Radeon2 next spring or summer. I'll probably get whichever one looks faster/better in D3D as OpenGL is plenty fast already with the GTS.
