Some stuff to look at for the late-nighters from Alice which was just announced as gone gold and we're all hoping for a demo in the near future. Check out a bunch of video footage over here of the game, and a bunch of screenshots on GameSpy. Also BluesNews points the way to these screenshots on IntelGamer. Rumor has it Alice will work on an AMD CPU also. I updated the Shack Alice screenshot index earlier today with a few new shots from EA as well.

does anyone remember Steve saying shugashack ran on redhat? Yet if you saw when the server choked and fucked up his title.. it was c:\ some shit... So steve.. were you lieing to us? Shugashack was on NT originally, I'm don't see why it isn't now... and to say you were running redhat is like saying "h4x0r m3" in #script-kiddie.

NT works pretty well if it's setup correctly. I work for a large bank, who uses lots of NT servers, and they run pretty well, very little problems. I also used to work for Circuit City..they uses HP Unix primarily. They had just as many problems if not more than some of the NT machines I've seen.

Actually, Windoze does suck. I work for a web hosting company and 99% of all calls that come in are because a "stable" Win2k server fucked up. The remaining 1% of calls that come in regarding Linux are generally scripting problems, and are usually an error on the customer's part. So =P
