Woah, cool. DailyRadar has some screen grabs of the GameBoy Advance in action, the super-neeto part? They've got some pics of a port of Doom2 running on the machine, nifty. Thanks kjeldsen. Too bad its just a tech demo.

Doom 2- Hell on Gameboy will be released late 2002. id Software switched the platform and produces now Gameboy only products. Fortunatly they will ship Gameboy with their games. They are going to put some impressive rendering stuff in the new Doom 2 Handheld engine. Be aware !

This isn't really Doom 2 on the Game Boy Advance, it's some technical demos that Crawfish have done to work out what the GBA can do. They just happen to have used Doom 2 level data to help them.

And if you want Doom on a handheld, buy a Pocket PC (like the Casio or the Compaq ones) I have Doom for mine and it rocks.

A long time ago, there were some Quake site making fakes jokes-news (I thnk it was called the York Times). One of its article was about seeing Quake in a gameboy. I still cannot believe they did it on a gameboy with Doom... Anyone have an idea how is the multiplayer mode? I am NOT going to buy it except if it has multiplayer mode!! .... chuckle...
