There's almost no game that wouldn't make for a good fit for Nintendo's hybrid handheld. Indies, RPGs, puzzle games, and yes, even shooters. Far from the days where the company shied away from mature-themed action titles, Big N has embraced the fact that Nintendo console owners still like a bit of blood and gore, and that's all the more apparent now that Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus has launched for the Nintendo Switch.

In celebration of the event, the crews at MachineGames and Bethesda Softworks have released an all-new Wolfenstein 2 Nintendo Switch trailer, filled with just the right amount of action to set Switch owners' trigger fingers itching. Check it out below, but be warned: plot spoilers are contained therein; players who want to come into the game with a blank slate should approach with caution.

There's no more wait for Switch fans who want to jump into Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossuus, as the game is available right now as a physical release via the usual retail stores or for download over on the Nintendo Switch eShop. It'll set players back $59.99, but players who haven't yet purchased some additional storage for their Switches may want to do so beforehand, as the Wolfenstein 2 page over on the Nintendo website indicates that the game requires a minimum of 23GB storage for download and play.
