The latest Lego adventure is all about playing the bad guy.

Phillip Ring, executive producer at TT Games, was on hand during E3 2018 to chat about the developer's devious upcoming Lego title, Lego DC Super-Villains. This time around, you get to play as the bad guy, and it looks super sweet.

Ring showed off a playable demo of the first level of the game, which lets you create your own dastardly baddie, with plenty of ways to make them your own. There's a detailed customization tool that you can use to change them up, right down to their abilities and physical traits. It's a unique entry in the series, in many ways.

"DC Super Villains is very different. For me personally, the team managed to bring a lot to the game. You've played the Joker before, but this is a brand new Joker in the game with new animations and new abilities."

The game will include a "huge" roster, with Lex Author, Harley Quinn, Solomon Grundy, Joker and plenty more that Ring couldn't talk about at the moment.

Lego DC Super-Villains is coming to all platforms on October 16.
