Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Mario Crossover Begins Tonight

Make your camp look like something out of the Mushroom Kingdom starting tonight!

Saturday is March 10, which means it's Mar10 Day! Nintendo has a couple of plans for the day, already tinkering with Google Maps for a special one-time only event. But there's another event that's taking place and it involves one that was teased earlier this week.

Remember that crossover tease for Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp? That has turned out to be a special batch of Mushroom Kingdom items set to hit the mobile game this weekend. Players will be able to craft items from the Mario universe, including pipes, question blocks, power-ups, and special outfits. This special event begins Friday night at 10PM PT and will only last for a limited time.

Other Mar10 Day plans are detailed on the Nintendo website. This includes a special half-off promotion for Super Mario Run and discounts on Wii U and 3DS Virtual Console games featuring the portly plumber. (And remember, he is still a plumber.)
