That week went by really quick, and once more we’re faced with another Xurday in Destiny 2. All you avid Guardians out there are no doubt asking, “What is Xur selling?”, and this week he’s got his four items for you to grab – if you want. As always, be sure to bring along a good supply of Legendary Shards in case you want to buy everything. Here’s what the tentacle-faced Agent of the Nine is selling this week.

Where is Xur?

This week, Xur can be found on Io in the Giant’s Scar. Use the fast travel node at the south of the Giant’s Scare and then head through the wall and hug the left side of the area. You can find Xur tucked away inside a cave.

What is Xur Selling?

Xur’s habit of bringing one Exotic weapon and three Exotic pieces of armor remains the same. Each piece of armor will set you back 23 Legendary Shards while the Exotic weapon costs 29 Legendary Shards. If you’re still looking to level up fast in Destiny 2, purchasing gear from Xur is a great way of breaking through the 265 Power soft cap.

  • Merciless, Fusion Rifle
  • Lucky Pants, Hunter Leg Armor
  • Mask of the Quiet One, Titan Helmet
  • Starfire Protocol, Warlock Chest Armor

What Should You Buy From Xur?

Buy Merciless. Do it. You need it, especially if you want to take on the Prestige Leviathan raid. All the armor selections are also extremely good, except for Starfire Protocol, which is a bit so-so. If you can afford it, buy everything. If you don’t have the Legendary Shards, just grab what you can.

After you finish buying from Xur, take a look at our Destiny 2 Complete Strategy Guide for more information, tips, and hints. You’ll find guides on every single activity in the game, for both PVE and PVP activities.
