Battlezone II Demo on Friday

Updated: Looks like Intel scored with Activision for the release for the Battlezone II demo that's scheduled for August 27th, which is next Friday! It will be an Intel Exclusive...at least for a few moments until it's mirrored all over the place. Thanks Blue.

I agree...Battlezone was one of my favorite games ever. Great innovative mix of in your face action with real time tactical elements added on. Sniping enemy pilots was tres chic. Multiplayer on LAN was some crazy f\'kin shit. I\'m actually pretty confident that they\'ll get it right in the sequel. This game will definitely be on my short list of must have games. If you ain\'t tried it you\'re missing out on some BADASS!! gameplay.

I can\'t wait to see this demo. Battlezone was one of the best games ever. If they keep the gameplay right and can deliver graphics like the ones in the movies/screenshots at a decent framerate, this game will rock hard. Let\'s hope it has some great netcode too.

This and Q3 is all I need to get me thru another year...
