This week's episode of Shack's Arcade Corner takes a look at Top Skater. Developed and published by SEGA in 1997, the game featured a very unique arcade cabinet and songs from Pennywise, Full Circle, and Unknown Road. The arcade cabinet had a skateboard for user input. Top Skater definitely had a Crazy Taxi art style and vibe. The biggest negative about the game was the cost in the arcade. Eight quarters to play one game was a bit too steep for me back in the 90's. Check out the video to find out more about Top Skater.
