Guacamelee 2 Announced At Paris Games Week

The first of seven new games revealed at Sony's PlayStation Media Showcase is a sequel to the indie hit Guacamelee.

The PlayStation pre-showcase took no time jumping right into one of seven reveals with the announcement of Guacamelee 2 for PS4. The release date is "soon-ish" and some gameplay was shown during the pre-show. The sequel includes 4-player co-op this time around.

    the 2D Metroidvania doesn't usually fall under my 4K/HDR purchase rubric...but this could be the exception that would make me want to get it on PS4 Pro instead (if the game has those features).

      It was, but I like being able to play my Metroidvania on the go. It's bound to be a pretty game regardless.
