Destiny 2 in-game Clan features delayed 'several days'

Destiny 2 has launched, but not every feature is ready to go.

Destiny 2 is up and running, but not all of its features have gone live. In-game Clan functionality has yet to get off the ground, something Bungie made clear to the game's userbase on Twitter prior to launch.

The alert was issued Tuesday morning (via IGN), noting that Clan features will be made available in the days ahead. Destiny 2's other online features are active, though the game is in the midst of a rocky launch. Bungie has collected the myriad of issues on its forums, including 503 errors on Bungie.net, CABBAGE error messages, and PS4 Pro crashes.

Clans can still be created through the Bungie website, but look for full in-game functionality to start up in the days ahead.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?
