5v5 Competitive Mode Incursions Coming To Battlefield 1

The developers worked with the gaming community to create a mode focused on competition.

During the EA conference at Gamescom 2017, the company announced a new mode of play called "Incursion". Working with players, the 5v5 mode has been optimized specifically for competitive play. Players can choose their kits before getting into gameplay so they can develop a strategy going into battle.With the smaller teams, included vehicle play is that much more detrimental and intense.

During the presentation, EA also announced a new definitive release of Battlefield 1 called Battlefield 1: Revolution. It includes all previously released DLC and will include future releases for the game as well.
