Well these NV20 specs have been floating around a few places and it seems the majority of people 'in the know' agree that these are the closest specs to being accurate we'll probably get before NVidia released their next-gen card. Here you go: (Thanks IXBT and HardOCP)

- Core: 300MHz; - Memory: 200MHz DDR SDRAM; - 256bit memory bus; - 12.8GB/sec memory bus bandwidth; - Fillrate 1.8Gpixel/sec (5.4Gtexel/sec); - 6 rendering pipelines with 3 texturing units each; - 0.15 micron manufacturing technology. - Estimated ~$800 retail, first showing at COMDEX 2000. (Fall)
note: The $800 figure seems pretty wacky to me. We'll see soon enough though so I wouldnt sweat that figure a whole lot. update Jack - I really doubt those megatexels numbers. They are probably just multiplying megapixels by the number of texture units, but it's an inaccurate number for all nVidia architectures to date. In fact, that's why we invented the term megatexels when I was at 3dfx - because we had hardware (Voodoo2) that left a texture unit unused in single texture. nVidia doesn't do that :)
