Developer Klei Entertainment has revealed Griftlands, a rather colorful sci-fi RPG coming sometime late this year or early in 2018.

The official site says Griftlands is a game where "everything is negotiable: money, loyalty—even morality. Choose your character and make your fortune." The trailer offers a few more options: "Charm, fight, negotiate, cheat, explore, steal, profit,” Combat appears to be turn-based, with a bit of cinematic flair thrown in.

Griftlands already has a page on Steam, which took a bit of thunder away from its planned debut at the PC Gaming Show.

Klei has also created Mark of the Ninja and Don't Starve, two rather innovative games that received quite a bit of positive buzz. In addition to Griftlands, the company is also working on Oxygen Not Included and Hot Lava.
