Shack Hits 10,000

by Steve Gibson, Oct 21, 2000 6:55am PDT

Alright since everyone seemed to be up in arms about post #10,000... here you go. Not sure what kind of milestone this really is except that I've been doing this stuff for a really long time. The chicks are gonna start calling any minute, I can feel it. I'd like to thank all you guys who read this crazy page every day. A couple of years ago I was just a day or two away (and $7,000 in debt) of just closing up shop and going back to school. Giving up on gaming and even moving back in with the parents. They thought I was stubborn and naive for sticking with this silly website stuff. Its a real mystery to me sometimes why the # of people coming here keeps increasing. The only bigger mystery to me though is what in the world will this place be like in a few years? OH COOL IF I HIT BOTH SHIFT KEYS IT TURNS ON MY CAPS LOCK.
